@harrdf5 it is Beautiful! the back band is Smocked, giving good stretch, the Shoulder ties are adjustable to wear its comfortable for you, did you happen to see the small one i have in my closet?

@harrdf5 the small is NWT, but it has a defect...it's as beautiful as this, but I'll bundle it so you can look and read about it.
