style_by_gigi @bkrivatsy well, I’ve been doing this since February 2019 and didn’t expect to sell as much as I did or be able to replenish my closet multiple times, mostly through friends that were giving good clothing away anyway. That said, I feel like if you don’t purchase the Poshmark promotion, where you pay to have more exposure, than your sales will naturally plummet.

style_by_gigi There were times when paying for the Poshmark promotion was a great idea, especially when I got an abundance of really good clothes from a friend of mine who kept them in excellent condition, so at that point, it made sense to promote it because I made a lot of money.

style_by_gigi But recently, I tried the promotion, paying $10 for a week, and I only made $9.05 lol, so I lost money on that deal and haven’t paid for it again. I’m happy that I had a sale today, but I also think the market is highly saturated on Poshmark and the CEO is making billions of dollars While we get basically nothing. But I keep it around because occasionally it does bring in some good extra money.
