chuf18 @kerrie_field sure no problems, this is word for word info from the lady I bought it off. "This beautiful red gown was altered professionally to shorten it. It is now floor - length on me, I am 165cm. The "built in longer length petticoat" has also been removed, see picture. Still quite a full look without it. No strech Bust: 19.5 inches Waist: 16.5 inches Hips : free" Material type:- is unknown. due to tag having previously been removed.

chuf18 @kerrie_field the fit on me when pregnant was firm over my breast (I'm big there) then was free flowing under my chest where the bow is on the dress. It may fit other people's body shapes slightly differently.
