Is this supposed to be long and fall below the butt like a tunic or short and sit above the butt? How much stretch does it have? 😊

@kellyteichman your welcome on the measurement.. and on this sweater, it has some stretch also I had my mother try it on for me, she is 5'6 and it covered her butt, but didn't hang past
