Burnout Crinoline Dress/Skirt. 100% Viscose. Measurements: Across top lying flat 12"/Length at longest point 38". Velvet appliques throughout. There is a built in lining with an additional layer of crinoline. This is a handmade item and has no size or brand. There is a lot of flexibility in sizing due to elastic puckering. Can be worn as a dress or a skirt. This is in perfect condition. It's a one of a kind and truly magnificent!
