Unfortunately with department stores like Marshalls, TJ MAXX and Ross people will buy the authentic bag and then switch out the price tags and return their fake bag. With that, they get a real bag and their money back. It’s terrible. The employees don’t know the difference, so its easily done. 😕

prettypinkshop @lathriftjunkie Yeah, it’s very unfortunate and it happens a lot. However, authentic Michael kors bags/ wallets have authenticity tags sewn inside of them. They’re black. On the older styles they’re clear with a white tag. They’re typically sewn into the seam of the bag. Sometimes they’re hard to find bc they get tucked.

Message someone or say it more nicely. I consign for people and from time to time we may miss something. I removed my listing to take back to the store it came from, not online. Maybe you thought it was but you need to take her seriously because poshmark will take away your ambassador status if they see any replicas in anyone’s closet. marloshops2000 @faithoverfear07 It was a red REPLICA MMK Cindy crossbody. The logo lining was extra shiny with bumpy logo. The interior zipper pull was metal, when it should have been leather. The interior pocket corners were straight lines, when they should have been triangular. Most importantly, there was no authenticity tag sewn into the side lining.
