danibarr17@abbylop7676 Hello! Shoulder to shoulder is 16" and sleeve is 23.5". Slight padding in the shoulders but not bulky or noticeable. The blazer is thin. I am small chested and I would have to wear it open and not buttoned. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
