joeyconte1985 Unfortunately my sons home 🔥 burnt down had two sons 7& 8 years old because he was renting there long time never was told or knew to have renters insurance!! They lost everything but the clothes on there back! But they lived that’s a miracle!!! Now he’s in a home renting his wife lost her job after 18 years there has no income so it’s just my son’s income it doesn’t cover everything now the landlord said can’t pay 2 payments in a row he said he’s selling the home
