Is this a heavy thick fabric? Are there any signs of wear?

@bristolm2000 it’s a thin, light linen type material, but it is fully lined. I only wore this maybe two times, so there’s little to no wear!

@hearthandowl yes the measurements were taken laying flat. It does not have any give or stretch, but the skirt is pretty full. It also does have pockets!
