luxhandbagfever Do u have more photos of the full skirt on a mannequin or wearing it? Also is there any cinching at the waist? I’m about a 27 in the waist

bicoastalbetty @luxhandbagfever I added another photo with skirt on a mannequin had to be pinned up down dress form has 22” waist. There is no way to cinch waist smaller other than alterations or haagen das! Hope this info helps your decision.

luxhandbagfever @bicoastalbetty i’m a bit confused because at the top it says that the waist is 15 1/2 in length which makes the waste about 31 inches… so is it 22 or 31?
