Vintage 90’s sequin crop top with padding

Time to party black sequined crop top with padded cups- no underwire. Has thin rounded straps. There is stretch - marked a (vintage) Large made in USA however possibly junior / teen size - see measurements. I’d say best for small to a medium with smaller bust. Bust padding is sewn in but could be removed. Measured flat - 17 inch chest not stretched and 14 waist not stretched.
