@akshatha_a umm. I don’t know how to be clearer. Shoulder measurements will fit 15-16 inches. It’s not a structured dress so it’s a little adjustable.
The bust will fit upto 44-45 inches comfortably.
It’s a flared loose fit dress so the waist measurement is larger than the bust area. And the length is 35 inches.

@akshatha_a it can be worn by anyone from size XS-L. Depending on the fit you want. It will be oversized fit for Xs but will fit M/L as well.

@akshatha_a hi dear. It will fit you. You can see that the fastening at the back is made up of two ribbon like ties, they are adjustable. I only measured the dress laid flat. My shoulders are also 16-17 inches normally but this dress fits me. 😊
