Wonderful vintage 1980s primitive hand-carved wooden Christmas Santa and Mrs. Claus figures. Santa measures 10"H x 2.25" L x 2"D Mrs. Claus 8" H x 2.5" x 2.25" Wolf Creek Woodworking was a family-owned toy factory that manufactured wooden toys and other primitive wooden art objects from the late 1970s through the mid to late 1980s. The factory was located in Beaman, Iowa. The Woodworking company was noted for employing mostly retired area natives known as the "Elderly Elves". These Grandpas and Grandmas hand-built a variety of solid wood, primitive, and folk art objects.
