Vintage Pewter Candy/Nut Dish

Dainty Pewter Candy/Nut Dish, Mid 1960's. I got this many, many, many years ago as a Mother's Day gift for my mom by saving the coupons that came in a box of Brach's Chocolate Covered Raisins (my fav). It was always filled with those, except at Thanksgiving, when cranberry sauce took over 😋 Dish has a sweet "petal" shape with rolled scalloped edges. "Salem" design by Reed & Barton, stamped P600 pewter. 6" diameter and about 1.25" high. It pairs really well with the other, larger pewter bowl here in my closet. An excellent hostess or housewarming gift, but maybe it will be lucky enough to be given on Mother's Day once again. I hope so! Since taking the photos, the dish has been cleaned up and looks a bit more polished now. It's in very good - excellent condition with a nice patina of age; no dents, just some minor scuffs and tarnish in the bottom of the bowl, which will virtually disappear with a cottonball and chrome cleaner if you prefer a more polished appearance.
