Beautiful Spanish inspired cotton blouse

I bought this blouse in a small boutique in Minneapolis. I have never seen another one like it. The design is so intricate and detailed. There are places where it is see through that leave a little something to the imagination. The sleeves are wonderful as you can see from the pics. There is a small amount of elastin that allows it to move with you. The designer is French and is 59 years old. Lives in NYC
