COUGAR Women's Kensington Waterproof Chelsea Boots

Slightly used and really adored rain boots. It’s simple yet very classy look. Perfect for coming spring time. It’s clean. The only thing i noticed is the little dots on the shoes but i can’t take it out, not sure how it got there. There is also a minor scratch on the left boot. see pics.
