Vintage handmade A Line dress with adjustable sleeves, can be tied or let out ( see pics) between appx 8.25 inches when let out to appx 4.25 when tied. Very 1960s look, great condition, no tears or stains noted. Is likely from the 1960s if I guessed based on style.
