@biowoman03 An offer is only sent when a user "likes" the item. so you obviously did like it. I sent you a message to advise you that it's unnecessary to decline offers. You aren't on any kind of "message" list. The option is used to add other items to bundles. Maybe take a look at policies and procedures.
