tnh121 Hello. Can you tell me the measurement length of the “skirt” area from the waist where it ties to the bottom hem? Also, I see the size chart but do you know if this runs true to size, tighter or has stretch? I ask bc I can fit in a 4 or 6 depending on the brand and I’m afraid to purchase this at this price and it not fitting. Thank you!
