So clean and only used indoors. Slightly metallic and shiny which does not show in the picture very well. Kind of a copper shine mixed in the black! I am a trainer so I really just worked in these; not heavy use or sweaty workouts. Great shape and I had them less than a year, bought from Nordstrom
