This is an incredible and rare find! This is what is called a Harem Ring. It is comprised of 5 separate bands that are secured by a gold bar in the back. There are a total of 16 diamonds and 9 garnets. This ring is actually larger than a 6 but based on its width fits a sz 6 finger.
