Handmade Black Pleated Mini Skirt

BRAND NEW HANDMADE DESCRIPTION This was my first attempt at making a pleated skirt, hand stitched. The back is secured with safety pins. While not perfect, this skirt would be nice for layering, or a base to vamp it up yourself!
