Sterling with tiny sapphire eyes, this is a beautiful statement piece. It is a size 6, but it is on the smaller size as it is a heavy piece of jewelry (comfortable too, I have worn it with a guard on my size 5 ring finger). Only worn a couple of times and in perfect condition.
