@threadnthrifts good afternoon, and apologies for a delayed response! The dress is not tight and a generous cut, like most Tadashi dresses. There is definitely stretch to the dress, as it is meant to be flowy..

@dunkosmom Good evening, and thank you for your interest! Yes, the dress is baby blue - the color description matches the original ad for this dress when I purchased it. As far as sizing, Tadashi cut is generous, for size 12 - bust 39.5, waist 32, hips 42.5 This specific dress is very forgiving and not tight at all, as I am very curvy myself. Hope this helps 🌷
