I just noticed it is marked inside with a #2 which means it's 6.9" or 17cm . n its odd shape is why it's laying like that sry answered own question

@orangebee2 haha I just saw your comments yea it’s strangle bc the Tiara part come up off the table if it’s laying flat. And the the only gap is where the two ends WOULD Meet but it’s not made to go 100% all the way around
