evolvingcouture No it does not have a vest that can be taken out. It does the extra bottom part to tighten up so cold does not blow through bottom. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you 😊

jmwrig33 Oh! Thank you for quick reply. Some Oakley jackets have a zipper under the arms to open and vent if it gets too hot out. Was hoping this one had!
