@ebond4511 Hi! Laid out flat (without cinching with the tie) the waist measures 30 inches. The tie allows for a 4 inch cinch (down to 26). The entire length of the dress is 35 inches. I am 5 feet tall and it hits me exactly at the knees. I hope this helps!
