Urban outfitters SILENCE AND NOISE DRESS

This is missing the string on the backside but you can take any string and put it through the loops and it will look just as good. Even without the string it looks fine and stays up with no problem. Nothing is wrong with it aside from that. It’s so cute and light and a great color for spring!! The “o rings” make for an edgy touch where it’s holding up the straps. Would look awesome with white frilly socks and chunky black boots!!
