Curious about these. Never seen an Ecco boot with a traditional sole on them like this. Are you sure these aren't just Ecco insoles in some other old boot? How did you determine size? Have the insoles been trimmed to fit these - a 42 is usually 8.5-9, not 8. Just looking for a little clarification. Thanks in advance!
