Fever 3X NWT off the shoulder peasant tunic with crocheted inlays along length of raglan sleeves and at the hem. Blue floral hem and sleeve cuffs. Soft, pale yellow, blues and whites makes this a perfect spring or summer top. Elasticized neckline and cuffs. Elastic is strong and intact.

what's the measurements across the bust and across the bottom hem?

@laagain where on the garment would you like me to measure the bust-how many inches below armpit? I will get the top from storage and do the measurements for you.

@laagain 1 inch below armpit is 28" lying flat, 2" below armpit is 28 1/2".
The bottom of the ruffle hem is 37". I hope this helps.
