Black leather accents, silver metal. Zipper close (not fully across) with a black leather tassel pull; zipper can come apart to have a fully open bag. One large pocket on the back of the outside. Two small pockets on either side on the outside. A zipper pocket, 2 open pockets, and a pen pocket on the inside. Matching wallet. Holds 11 cards, plus three slots for cash or other papers. Zipper pocket on outside for change. Snap closure. Black/gray outside, black leather inside. Received as a gift ~12 years ago. Haven't used in ~10 years. I used the wallet more than the purse.
