Mohair Knit Scarf, Vintage Striped Winter Shawl Scarf, Soft Wool, Plum Burgundy

A truly beautiful winter scarf, carefully knit from fine mohair wool. Subtle striped pattern in a perfect arrangement of dark, jewel tone colors - plum purple, berry wine, and the deepest shade of teal blue. The texture is fuzzy and feels reasonably soft against my sensitive skin, but please keep in mind that this scarf is intended to be worn layered. One of my favorite ways to wear a wider scarf like this one, is to cross it over the chest and belt it at the waist, “medieval style,” as pictured.
