Don’t see these too often. Scalloped edging all along the hat. In good condition does have some light makeup underneath hat on the inside of the scalloped edges in front. Cannot be seen on the outside. Beautifully made. I wore a pill box at my wedding. Surprise with purchase. This hat is made by Suzy a famous hat designer in NC.
