Unique emerald green color mini dress/tunic top. Halter neck style with sheer paneling along the sides and bottom. Super cute with a belt! I used this more like a shirt with leggings, but if you want a dress more on the short side, this will be perfect for you. Size: S Front length: 28in Back length: 33.5in Mild pilling throughout.
