Vintage 70s Floral sleeveless maxi dress with low V neck

This pretty dress doesn't appear to have any tags. If it is handmade then it is nicely done. There is a hidden zipper partially down the back. The zipper says STAR on it. It was a little big on my size 6 mannequin. Material is a polyester blend. Dress has about an inch of stretch. Dress is in nice condition with minor issues. there are 2 very small spots near the center of the chest. I have not tried to remove them. See last photo. There is also a small spot not far under the left underarm seam with some very slight pilling. Material feels like a polyester blend. Measurements while dress laying flat -Across chest 18" note there is a bit of room for a larger size chest cup not included in measurement -Across waist 16" -Across hips 23" -Length from top of strap to bottom of dress 54"
