women's brown tan and beige dress with a belt does have ruffles in the front. the brand is avenue and size 16. no stains or holes and comes from a smoke-free home. it does come below the knee. the only problem I see is on the belt and I will include a picture

@kinseyw22814 oh darn!! avenue 16’s usually fit me. But ultimately I have to go by the the bust measurements. Not gonna work. Too bad! Beautiful dress!

@joyceangerosa it's actually 20.5". I'm not sure if that makes a difference. My sister measured it wrong the first time. sorry about that!
