White House Black Market NWOT gingham tote

Tote is 11” tall, 13” wide, and 4.5” deep at bottom and 4” deep at the top. Strap drop is 9” and there is a separate, detachable shoulder strap. Tote is NWOT and has never been used. Just stored in my closet. Includes dust bag. Plastic protectors are still on the metal hardware surrounding the straps (see photo for example).
