A beautiful vintage hat by Michael Howard designed by MME Esther. This has a cream brim with the crown being a red wine color. It has a red satin ribbon with a feather and rhinestone embellishment. Made in the USA and 100% wool. I was told this was from the 1930’s but I can’t verify that. I measured the inside circumference at 21 1/2”. It’s in excellent vintage condition. This will come in the hat box pictured.
