UrbanX black & mocha tie-dye cold shoulder hi-lo tunic, 2XL, NWOT

I love the idea of cold shoulder tops, but they just don't really work on me. This has never been worn, although I did cut off all the tags as I often do by reflex (including content tags, 95% rayon 5% spandex). Marked size 2X, please check measurements below, although the fabric is stretchy. Measurements laid flat: Bust 22" Length 31" to 35"
