Blue satin with a floral pattern, removable belt with bow. Open shoulder design. Handmade for me to wear as a grad escort, and never worn again! Made of vintage fabric. Collar has two hooks on the back to hold it straight, invisible zipper up the back, and pockets! You can wear a small crinoline underneath to give the skirt more shape.
