By that I mean the host keeps changing the rules to their shows. Hard to keep up. First bundles. Then tagging. Then daily sign in sheets. Then combinations of them all. My best advice is talk to USPS either at your local postal office, through their phone or submit tracking updates on their website or even do all 3. That usually sends a type of system alert of interest and gets stalled out packages moving again. Only USPS can help once a package is in their hands we're one and all at their mercy to do their job. ~T
