Vintage 1980s Black White Polka Dot Pleated Dress

Here for your consideration is a cute 1980s black and white polka dot pleated dress. The brand is Blondie and Me. The size is marked 7 and the fabric is a rayon acetate blend. Here are the measurements with the dress flat and taken from one side. Shoulder to shoulder 16.5" arm pit to arm pit 18.5" Waist 16" hips 18" shoulder to hem 35" . The label has some yellowing. This has been hanging in a closet for a few decades so I would recommend cleaning for freshness. There are no holes or stains and this is in good wearable vintage condition.
