NWT Little Black Dress

Spaghetti strap mini dress. Cowl neck. Brand new with tag. Not worn or washed. Had small white dot on front. May come out when washed. Not sure how it got there with my having not worn this dress. Similar style to last photo with the slightly drapey neck.
