Bra size 32B blue lace NWOT

Pretty blue lace bra. Cups have some padding. This is a pullover without adjustable back or straps. The tag says size large however this runs small (it did not fit me). The rib cage measurement is 24 inches (12 inches laying flat) and stretches to 32 inches ( 16 inches when laying flat). NWOT
