Black Patterned Elastic Skirt

Just a simple black skirt! Waistband is elastic, creates a little rouching pattern. There are embroidered details around the edge, nothing too flashy. Cute piece, just not my personal style. Will probably fit from a small up to an extra large, depending on measurements. Prices negotiable :)
