Polka dot evening top by Jessica Howard. 80% polyester. 20% spandex. (The lining of the top is 100% polyester). Size 12. Measurements were taken laying down. Please see photos :) the top has a lot of detail so these measurements are not 100% accurate since my tape measurer couldn’t lay flat.
