Do you know by chance if this Is this considered a lip tint, meant to be non-transferable and a long lasting matte?Or would it be more on the moisturizing lip balm/stick, that’s focussed less on staying power & more on nourishing? Also, last question, does it have perfume/fragrance in the ingredients? Thank you!!

The info provided by the manufacturer says this lippie is “ideal for a long-wear liquid matte lip color in a moisturizing formula. Buildable formula can be dialled up from a soft matte look to a gorgeous, pigmented lip without caking or cracking.”They use beeswax for moisture, nourishment & comfort level. There is no fragrance listed in the ingredients except for vanillin. 😃 Kristen
