Mario Valentino, known for fine workmanship, has been sold in stores all of the world. Unrelated to the other "Valentino", Mario Valentino worked with budding designers like Lagerfeld & Versace in building one-of-a-kind collections.
Featured here is a vintage gold-plated crystal design costume piece in an art deco style. The herringbone gold chain cradles a gold arch with crystals in a delicate swoop. Used vintage condition with some silvering due to rubbing.
