Gypsy 05 mini dress.
This is a size small but I feel it fits large.
This dress has a elastic double tie at the waist and a knit overlay over cotton layer.
I am 5’9” and the dress falls mid thigh for me so I can’t imagine it’d be very mini on a “small” person.
Pit to pit is approx 17 inches.
