OUKU Green 2 bags in one handbag clutch adjustable shoulder bag see photos

I don't know how old this is but I know I bought it in 2013 because it was Pantone's color of the year Emerald and I thought it was so cool, two bags in one, but I'm a backpack kind of gal so I never really used it...... very good pre-owned condition... one of the zipper pulls on the inside is gone as shown in the photos, also shown in the photos some of the stitching has started to come away at the top. There is no material tag. If it's not real leather, it's a good faux one, the inside purse is lined. Silver tone hardware..
